Key Verse: Romans 10:12-13
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
“Jew and Greek” could also be written, “Israeli and Gentile.” God has every right to choose His people. He chooses all those He knows in His foreknowledge will call on His Name! We may want to ask God for the same deep concern Paul experienced for his people, according to the flesh, the Jewish people. Paul had great sorrow and continual grief in his heart for Israel. He longed for their salvation. He showed the depth of his intercession when he was willing, if necessary, to be separated from God in order that they might be saved. This kind of prayer, and Paul’s continued witness for Christ, resulted in many more thousands of Jews becoming believers in Jesus. For at least the first 100 years, the core and leadership of the Christian Church was Jewish. God responds with strong initiatives to bring people to Himself when we pray as Paul prayed. The promise of our key verse happens over and over and over again. On the 100 Huntley Street telecast the hosts try to give an invitation to call on the Name of the Lord Jesus in every program. PRAYER FOR TODAY:
Lord Jesus, as Your disciples asked You, even so I ask You the same: “Lord, teach us to pray.” Not just the words to say, but to actually do my praying with greater fervency than ever before. In Your strong Name I pray. Amen! Amen! Amen! Amen! You promise, Lord Jesus, through Your brother, Jerusalem Pastor James, that “The fervent effectual prayer of a righteous man [or woman] will avail much” (James 5:16b). Read James 5:13-20.
100 PERSONAL WORDS:
In my prayer life, it’s a fact that the more fervently I’ve prayed, getting up earlier and earlier in the morning to cry out to God, the more of God’s will I saw happen. I’m constantly reminded that the Lord is “not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9b). The obvious fact is that the greater my level of fervency, the greater creative means of presenting the Good New of Jesus are found, and the more people come to Christ. For example, over 60% of all information people receive now comes from the Internet. On 100huntley.com, exciting new material is being added daily as God’s people pray and give sacrificially…and a lot of past material is there too. As a 80-year-old Evangelist, I can hardly believe that many of my messages and interviews from the past are now present, and will continue to be there, God willing, into the future. As an example, here is an interview I did years ago with George Foreman, the only person to win twice the world’s heavyweight boxing championship — click here.
Yours for the whole world to be saturated with messages from the heart of Jesus!
David
Dear Lord, thank You for Paul, David, and all Your people who were, and are, not ashamed to publicly declare that You, Jesus, are Lord. Please give all Your people today boldness and courage to stand for You. Wash us of all our sins, and fill us with Your Spirit, Father, so we will be faithful witnesses. In Jesus’s name, amen
Amen Rob. I truly believe Jesus is Lord of all.
Amen to your prayer, Rob. Jesus is my Lord.
Amen!!
Amen
Watching 100 Huntley Street–Pastor Louie Giglio is on. Very powerful for those who are downtrodden right now. Asking for prayer for my eldest nephew, Jon, to be lifted by God’s light and claim Jesus. Wishing all saints a blessed day in the Lord. Amen.
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. Romans 10:9-10 ESV

I once met a man who tried so hard to loudly and aggressively speak Jesus’s Name to everyone he met- I wanted to run; then I met a woman who was kind, caring, humble, non-judgemental and so very giving in her actions (made a loaf of bread for me)….. She reflected a gentle love, and then she told me about her Lord and Saviour, Jesus. I wanted to listen.
Amen, Laur.
Right on. We need that balance of love for God and for others.
Amen…..love, love.
Amen saints! Prayer for your eldest nephew Jon, Beverlee that he will experience you Jesus and be saved. Amen, so be it Lord and help our sister to be a witness to him as well. Had a good talk with Natasha’s mother and Lord be with her as well. Good prayer Rob and was contemplating that verse as well Beverlee. Read Romans 9-10 three times today in three different translations to understand it better. Paul had a great love for his people.
Thank you for praying for my nephew, Ger. He has a veil of protection over him but needs to claim Jesus. Continued prayer for Natasha. God bless you.
Amen to all comments, I join in prayer for Beverlee’s nephew and Ger’s niece.
With everything that is going on these days, where would we be without the Lord to turn to..
Dear Lord Jesus, I prayer for protection for all our loved ones during this pandemic. I also pray for those in our family circles who have not yet confessed you are Lord and Saviour.
May I fervently bring them before you regularly, you are amazing and awesome and you are not willing that any should perish. Please draw them to yourself by your Holy Spirit, I pray for them in your precious name JESUS my Lord and Saviour Amen
Blessings to all Eleanor M.
Oops!!! should have read, as Lord and Saviour.
Thank you Eleanor. God bless you.
Morris Cerullo was teaching on Luke 11: 5 – 8, where the man went to his friend’s house @ midnight to ask for bread. He went with “great confidence and expectancy”, Persevering brought the answer to his need after the unexpected denial @ first. Good to remember when, at times, we grow weary. Claiming God’s promises for our families & friends today. Blessings all.
Thank you Doreen. God bless you.
Thank you Beverlee, Eleanor M. and Doreen. Sure appreciate your prayers even though I do not get back on here the same day. I expect things to turn around in future. Prayed again for your nephew Beverlee.
